ACM is currently partnering with a respected organisation to recruit an experienced Administration Officer for a short-term part-time assignment based in the Sydney CBD.

Position Details
- Part-Time Role - Up to 15 hours per week
- 3 hours per day
- Contract Dates: 27 April to 26 June
- Location: Sydney CBD
- Pay Rate: Up to $52.10 per hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and operational support to frontline teams
- Processing documentation and data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Managing incoming emails, reports, invoices, and requests through shared inboxes
- Uploading, naming, and categorising documents within internal systems
- Maintaining customer and business records across digital platforms
- Ensuring records are managed in line with privacy and confidentiality requirements
- Assisting the team with additional administrative tasks as required
About You - You will bring:
- Previous administration experience
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confidence using multiple systems and databases
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A positive, reliable, and professional approach
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience working within a government department or government-related environment
- Understanding of compliance, confidentiality, and records management processes
