The Role

As an Agronomist, you will:

· Support daily agronomy operations including planting, harvesting, and irrigation.

· Support the development & implementation of strategic planning

· Conduct fieldwork, soil testing, and moisture monitoring.

· Experience in pest and disease management is desirable

· Collaborate with Horticulture and Agriculture teams to ensure high quality produce.

Skills & Experience

· Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher, or with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field, a Citrus focus would be an advantage. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

· Knowledge of agronomy, including soil health, crop nutrition, and sustainable farming practices

  1. Experience in pest and disease management
  2. Ability to conduct fieldwork, soil testing, and moisture monitoring

· Irrigation Systems knowledge an advantage

· Australian Driver’s license

· Comfortable using Microsoft Office and similar programs

· Clear communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills

· A high level of fitness, a strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team within a large culturally diverse workforce is essential.
