Prepare and cook a variety of Northern Chinese dishes to a high standard
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all meals
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Assist with menu planning and kitchen operations
Work efficiently as part of a team in a busy environment
Requirements:
Proven qualification and experience as a Chinese/Asian cook
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients
Ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
