1. $79,000 pa/ Cert III qualified with 3 years experience for Full time position with early starts.
2. Mix, kneed, rest, roll, cut and shape dough, for breads and pastry products;
3. Mix, rest and bake full range of breads;
4. Construction and baking of pastries, cakes and slices;
5. Glaze and dust bread pastries and products as needed;
6. Apply fillings, icings and decorations as needed and to special order cakes;
