Baker – Bakers Delight (Swan Hill, VIC)
Bakers Delight Swan Hill is seeking a reliable and motivated Baker to join our team in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Check ingredient quality and prepare dough (kneading, maturing, shaping, fillings)
- Bake large quantities and adjust temperature and timing as needed
- Load and unload ovens
- Prepare products for sale
- Clean equipment and maintain a tidy workspace
What we’re looking for:
- At least 12 months’ baking experience
- Availability for early mornings, late nights, and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team and under pressure
- Good understanding of HACCP and OHS/WHS
- Knowledge of bakery techniques, including hand moulding and dough fermentation
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and communication skills
- Passion for baking
