Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks (e.g. lattes, cappuccinos)
- Make and serve cold drink, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Grind coffee beans and operate espresso machines
- Operate cash registers and handle customer payments
- Keep the coffee areas clean, stocked, and well-organised
- Wash and maintain cleanliness of service areas
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace health standards
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and drink service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle busy shifts calmly
