About the Role:

Brows & More is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Beauty Therapist to join its growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering specialised brow, lash, and skin services while ensuring a high standard of customer care. You will consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and perform services such as threading, tinting, facials, and waxing. The role also involves maintaining hygiene standards, managing bookings, and contributing to product recommendations and sales. This position suits someone passionate about precision beauty services and client-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

·Conduct thorough client consultations to evaluate skin types, facial features, and beauty goals, recommending tailored brow, skin, and beauty treatments

·Perform specialised eyebrow services including threading, shaping, trimming, tinting, and brow enhancement techniques with precision

·Provide professional facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, masks, and facial massage therapies

·Deliver eyelash services such as lash lifts, tinting, and basic lash applications

·Carry out safe hair removal treatments including facial threading and waxing

·Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation practices across all tools, equipment, and treatment areas

·Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust skincare techniques or products to ensure optimal client satisfaction

·Provide after-care advice and personalised skincare routines to support long-term skin health

·Recommend and apply professional skincare products and cosmetic treatments suitable for client needs

·Maintain accurate client treatment records, including skin assessments and products used

Requirements:

·Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy (Certificate IV, Diploma, or equivalent)

·Minimum 1–2 years of experience in beauty therapy, with strong skills in threading, brows, and basic skin treatments

·Expertise in eyebrow shaping, facial threading, tinting, and skincare services

·Sound knowledge of hygiene, safety, and salon best practices

·Strong consultation skills with the ability to recommend suitable treatments and products

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients

·Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

·Experience with salon booking systems and client record management

·Awareness of current beauty trends, particularly in brow and skin services
