Key responsibilities and duties
• Collaborate with Clients, including business users, regulatory experts, and IT teams, to gather and document detailed business requirements related to SDS management.
• Analyse business processes and workflows within Chemwatch to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with development teams to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of system changes and enhancements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Develop and implement data governance and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of data management.
• Identify and resolve any issues or defects in a timely manner to ensure system reliability and user
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are proficient in using SDS systems and tools.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Qualifications/Skills/ Experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies
