This excellent opportunity will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis at 38 hours a week.
The successful candidate must have:
·AQF Certificate III
·Minimum of 1 year of work experience
·The right to work in Australia
·Good English skills
·Team management skills
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
·Strong time management skills
Responsibilities include:
·Ability to read and understand drawings
·Analyzing blueprints and specifications to determine necessary materials, dimensions, and installation procedures.
·Ordering and selecting timbers and materials, and preparing layouts
·Setting frames and levels
·Putting together prepared wood components to create structures and fixtures for installation.
·Creating wood joints through cutting.
·Potentially repairing existing fixtures.
·Working with plastic laminates, perspex, and metals
Desirable skills:
·Maintain a clean and safe working environment
·Ability to read and understand construction plans
