Description

With a background in insurance broking and data analytics, you’ll put the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way you do business. Central to this role is providing carriers with performance analytics and feedback whilst identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.

The Role

  • Ensure that the Carrier Management-related components of the broking strategy are delivered, always aligning to our core principle of acting in the best interests of our original clients.
  • Ensure the delivery of contractually committed services to carriers as set out in our Carrier Services Agreements, coordinating and collaborating with global teams where appropriate.
  • Provide carriers with performance analytics and feedback, identifying resulting opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the production, development, and ongoing oversight of data infrastructure and analytical tools that underpin carrier deliverables and inform internal broking strategy.
  • Play a key role in shaping and evolving the Carrier Management value proposition, while driving innovation in products, services, and propositions more broadly.
    Assist with sales activities related to Carrier Services Agreements, including new opportunities and renewals of existing agreements
     

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, demonstrated through experience in insurance, financial services, consulting, data, or another analytically driven field.
  • Understanding of broking and/or underwriting processes, or the ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge, applying it confidently within an analytical and commercial context.
  • Working knowledge of the insurance market or hands‑on experience with data, analytical tools, and frameworks, with the ability to quickly develop domain understanding where required.
  • Ability to analyse complex client, market, and technical issues, applying structured thinking and insight to identify practical, value‑adding solutions.
  • Proven capability to translate data and analysis into clear, actionable insights, tailored to different audiences across broking teams, carriers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building and maintaining effective working relationships across cross‑functional teams, with the ability to align stakeholders around shared objectives.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives, delivering to timeframes, and balancing competing demands.
  • Confidence working with both structured and unstructured data, including interpreting results to inform recommendations, decisions, and strategic direction.
  • A self‑starter mindset with intellectual curiosity, able to work independently, think creatively, and remain effective under pressure.
  • Ability to integrate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute beyond formal responsibilities to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
  • Experience across portfolios, facilities, panels, or comparable analytical constructs would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Progress toward or possession of relevant professional or technical qualifications is desirable.
  • Must hold, or be able to obtain, all relevant regulatory licences, permissions, and technical requirements applicable under local legislation.
