Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• · Hours 7am – 3pm
• · Investigations daily to locate delivery information
• · Accurate entry & reporting of data
• · Liaise with drivers and agent vendors for delivery information
• · Cross reference agent paperwork / logs
• · Providing tracking explanations to internal enquires via email
• · Customer service contact providing tracking explanations to customers
• · Complete address change information for packages when required
• · Monitor cargo for timely tracking updates to prevent service failures
• · Daily creation of driver’s manifests
• · Other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• · Ability to analyse information to see the whole picture.
• · Excellent attention to detail
• · Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• · Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• · Capacity to repeat daily tasks with attention to detail everyday
• · Strong organizational and time management skills
• · Must be reliable & flexible to changes.
• · Customer service experience Customer Focus
• · Previous experience in an operational environment
