The Company

The Role

The Chef de Partie plays a hands-on role in delivering high-quality food across multiple service styles within a fast-paced kitchen. Working closely with senior chefs, this position supports daily operations, maintains strong food safety and presentation standards, and leads by example to foster a positive, well-organised team environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Trade-qualified chef (essential)
  • Experience in a similar Chef de Partie or senior Commis role
  • Strong communication skills in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Ability to lead by example and support junior staff
  • Experience across multiple cuisines is highly regarded
