The Capital Horsham | Full Time | Seeking Two (2) Chefs

We are seeking two dynamic hospitality professionals who wishes to enjoy the best that Australia has to offer, strives to provide exceptional food experiences. This is a hands-on role suited to a passionate hospitality professionals with proven food and beverage expertise and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional food quality, kitchen service standards, and menu execution.

About the Role

As a Chef, you will be responsible for kitchen operations and food preparation activities. The skills and talents you bring will play a in maintaining high standards and maximising the culinary offering.

What Your Days Might Look Like

  1. Deliver high-quality daily service operations
  2. Chef duties, including menu planning, food preparation
  3. Ensure high-quality and presentation of food provided to guests, according to property standards and timeframes of service
  4. Maintain a safe clean and organised work environment with emphasis on high food safety standards
  5. Deliver seamless daily service from start to finish, ensuring exceptional guest food experiences
  6. Confidently run your own section and maintain high presentation standards
  7. Work across day, night, weekday and weekend shifts as required (this is a 5 day working week)

About You

  1. Proven experience as a Chef with a strong food and beverage background
  2. Excellent customer service and communication skills
  3. Food safety, hygiene, and WHS compliance
  4. Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  5. Strong understanding of compliance and operational procedures
  6. A hands-on, proactive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
  7. Confidence in service delivery
  8. Team player
