Job Title: Chef
Job Responsibility: Responsible for planning, preparing and supervising food preparation activities while maintaining kitchen operations and food safety standards.
Duties: Planning and preparing a variety of dishes and menu items Supervising kitchen operations and food preparation processes Monitoring food quality, presentation and portion control Assisting in menu planning and development Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen Managing food supplies, stock rotation and storage procedures Ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety regulations Training and supervising kitchen staff when required Inspecting food ingredients and supplies for quality Coordinating kitchen activities during busy service periods
Qualification: AQF Diploma or Higher in Commercial Cookery Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience as a Chef
Employment Condition: Full Time / 38 hours per week
