About the Opportunity
BRAMS is seeking a Child Health Manager to lead clinical and operational delivery of child health services in Broome, WA.
Reporting to the Clinical Services Executive Manager, you’ll drive high-quality, culturally safe care for Aboriginal children and families.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading child health teams across the clinic and outreach services
- Providing clinical governance and oversight of Child Health Nurses
- Managing workforce planning, performance, and development
- Monitoring service delivery, KPIs, and compliance
- Coordinating multidisciplinary care and specialist outreach
- Driving continuous improvement and service quality
About You
To succeed, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Recognised Child Health qualification
- Proven experience in child and family health, including leadership
You will also bring:
- Strong clinical leadership and team management capability
- Understanding of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services
- Experience in quality improvement, compliance, and service delivery
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or regional setting
