Job Description
- Maintain and update the Contract Management System (CMS) and Employee Expense Management System (EEMS/Zeno) to ensure data is accurate, current, and compliant.
- Process contract registrations, updates, and completions, including checking documentation, insurances, and approvals.
- Update employee profiles, GL setups, and approval workflows within the expense system.
- Coordinate and process expense claims, support users with queries, and prepare weekly employee reimbursement batches.
- Manage the daily flow of contracts, tenders, credit card requests, and expense approvals.
- Prepare and process financial batches and assist with end‑of‑month tasks such as accruals and reconciliations.
- Oversee the publishing and maintenance of tender documents and assist with tender openings.
- Run regular reports to highlight non compliance areas, contract currency, outstanding expenses, or system performance issues.
- Assist business managers with queries regarding contracts, expenses, or financial delegations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful CMS Administrator should have:
- Demonstrated experience administering Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or Employee Expense Management Systems (EEMS/Zeno)
- Experience preparing reports and managing compliance tasks
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges with the CMS.
- Experience in administrative support or secretarial duties is advantageous.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work in a fast-paced environment
