About the Role

Broom Caretakers is seeking a full-time Contract Administrator to support the coordination, administration, and continuous improvement of service agreements and client relationships across our growing portfolio of properties in Melbourne.

This role involves a combination of contract administration, client liaison, operational coordination, and financial support, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain service agreements and ensure compliance with contractual terms
  2. Act as a key point of contact for property managers and property owners
  3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and handle enquiries and concerns professionally
  4. Identify and quote additional services aligned with client needs
  5. Assist in the preparation of reports related to property conditions and service delivery
  6. Coordinate with caretakers and gardeners to ensure services are delivered effectively
  7. Provide feedback to the Operations Manager regarding service performance and improvements
  8. Support scheduling and allocation of services across the business
  9. Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoice checks and payroll support
  10. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal systems

Skills and Experience Required

  1. Qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, contract management, or a similar role
  3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  4. High attention to detail and organisational ability
  5. Ability to interpret and manage contracts and service agreements
  6. Experience with financial data, invoicing, or payroll is highly regarded
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business systems
  8. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
