About the Role: We are looking to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator to become part of our growing team. This role will involve overseeing contract processes, ensuring adherence to agreed terms, and supporting clear communication among all project stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating and managing contract administration activities to align with organisational objectives;
  2. Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contract variations across multiple projects;
  3. Creating detailed contract administration plans outlining deliverables, timelines, and key milestones;
  4. Examining project plans, specifications, and agreements to ensure appropriate materials, equipment, and services are procured;
  5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance;
  6. Handling enquiries related to contracts, recording outcomes, and resolving issues as they arise;
  7. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to monitor project performance against contractual obligations;
  8. Tracking contract compliance, reporting on progress and deviations, and implementing management directives;
  9. Supervising contractor activities and documenting any changes to agreed work scopes;
  10. Interpreting contract terms and clearly communicating requirements to stakeholders to support informed decisions;
  11. Building and sustaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to optimise contract outcomes and reduce risks;
  12. Identifying potential risks early and implementing strategies to mitigate them while meeting contractual commitments;
  13. Gathering and analysing project data and preparing comprehensive reports on performance and outcomes.

About the candidate: The successful candidate will possess a Diploma or a relevant tertiary qualification in a related field; alternatively, a minimum of three years’ relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
