As our business expands, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our team, ensuring smooth management of contracts, compliance, and client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract processes, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing fencing project contracts to align with company policies, Australian legal requirements, and project objectives.
- Track contract milestones, deliverables, and payment schedules; coordinate with project teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely execution and resolve any contract-related discrepancies.
- Maintain a centralized contract database to organize documents, updates, and correspondence; ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify contract terms, address client queries, and support project handovers from contract signing to completion.
- Conduct regular contract audits to identify risks and propose solutions; assist in resolving contract disputes or amendments when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Contract Management, Economy, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction, fencing, or building materials industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear, precise contract terms and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and contract management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
