Position: Contract Administrator

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 per annum plus superannuation

Location: Unit 1/96 Cuthbert Street, Broadmeadows, VIC 3047

Central Logistics Australia Pty Ltd is a Melbourne-based logistics services provider delivering scalable freight and transportation solutions across local, regional, and interstate networks. Operating under a subcontracted B2B model, the company supports third-party logistics providers, national retailers, and courier networks with reliable fleet and driver solutions, particularly during peak demand periods.

Due to continued business growth and an increasing number of subcontractor and supplier agreements, we are seeking a commercially focused Contract Administrator to manage and oversee contractual operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers
  2. Review, prepare, and coordinate contract documentation, agreements, and variations
  3. Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  4. Identify, assess, and manage contractual risks and provide recommendations to management
  5. Support procurement processes, including supplier evaluation and contract negotiations
  6. Maintain accurate contract records and ensure documentation is up to date
  7. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies
  9. Analyse contract terms and provide advice to support commercial decision-making
  10. Monitor project-related costs and support financial tracking associated with contracts

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in contract administration or a closely related role
  2. Qualification in business, law, or a related discipline (preferred)
  3. Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement, and compliance processes
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  5. High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  6. Ability to identify risks and implement practical solutions
