Position Title: Cook
Location: Adelaide, SA
Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 plus superannuation
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with recipes and customer requirements.
- Season food during preparation and cooking to achieve desired flavours and presentation.
- Portion and arrange food for service.
- Monitor food quality throughout preparation and service.
- Store food safely and ensure stock is rotated appropriately.
- Assist with menu planning and preparation of daily specials.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Inspect food supplies and report shortages or quality issues.
- Assist with stock control and ordering of ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient operations.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Position Title: Chef

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and plan menus based on customer demand and seasonal ingredients.
- Estimate food and labour costs and order food supplies.
- Monitor the quality of dishes throughout preparation and presentation.
- Liaise with management and staff regarding food preparation requirements.
- Demonstrate cooking techniques and provide guidance to kitchen staff.
- Prepare and cook a variety of Nepalese and Himalayan dishes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations.
- Assist in selecting, training, and supervising kitchen staff.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.
- Preserve and store food products appropriately.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations.
- Ability to lead and supervise kitchen staff.
Position Title: Hospitality Supervisor

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage service staff during daily operations.
- Monitor service standards and ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Allocate duties to staff members and oversee workflow to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with staff rostering and workforce planning requirements.
- Train, mentor, and support hospitality staff in service procedures and workplace standards.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, workplace health and safety requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate the ordering and replenishment of food, beverages, and operational supplies.
- Assist management in implementing operational procedures and achieving business objectives.
- Participate in the recruitment, induction, and performance monitoring of hospitality staff.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Relevant hospitality qualification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and display of food and drinks as per service requirements.
- Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of service areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Handle cash and process transactions using point-of-sale systems.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any service issues or complaints.
- Assist kitchen and service staff with duties such as dishwashing, restocking supplies, or food delivery to tables.
- Follow workplace health and safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
