Position Title: Cook

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 plus superannuation

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with recipes and customer requirements.
  2. Season food during preparation and cooking to achieve desired flavours and presentation.
  3. Portion and arrange food for service.
  4. Monitor food quality throughout preparation and service.
  5. Store food safely and ensure stock is rotated appropriately.
  6. Assist with menu planning and preparation of daily specials.
  7. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
