Cook required
40 hours per week, Afternoon/Evening hours
We are a Dine in and Takeaway restaurant seating approximately 39 people
searching for a cook, across 2 onsite kitchens.
Experience 2-3 years required.
Duties:
Dough Stretch by hand (essential, do not apply with experience)
Experience with Woodfire Oven (essential, do not apply with experience)
Food prep including:
Cutting, Baking, Sauce prep, Slicing ,Shredding
Ingredients compilation.
Cleaning.
Desired:
Able to work in a very fast paced environment.
Able to have work critiqued and learn.
