Delhi2Lahore is seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our team. We specialise in authentic South Asian cuisine and are committed to delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. The role is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with established recipes, food safety standards, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare, cook, and present menu items in accordance with recipes and business standards
2. Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation are consistently maintained
3. Assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations
4. Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations
6. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
7. Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery

Skills and Experience

1. Relevant trades qualification – Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Cook
3. Demonstrated experience working in a commercial kitchen environment
4. Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
5. Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
6. Strong teamwork and communication skills
