About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate General Manager to lead the company’s strategic, operational, financial, technology and growth functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting business direction, overseeing operations, improving profitability, managing senior teams, and supporting the company’s continued expansion.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate vision, strategy and long-term growth plans
- Oversee all business operations including logistics, service delivery, finance and technology
- Establish budgets, financial forecasts and performance targets
- Manage laundry operations, logistics coordination and quality standards
- Lead digital and app-based service improvements and system upgrades
- Supervise senior management and implement organisational structures
- Identify business expansion opportunities and new revenue streams
- Represent the company in negotiations with stakeholders and partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control and service excellence
Skills and Experience Required
- Extensive senior management or executive leadership experience
- Strong financial, commercial and operational management skills
- Experience managing multi-functional teams
- Background in logistics, operations, or technology-driven service industries preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making abilities
Qualifications
Relevant Bachelors and Masters qualifications in Business, Management or related field preferred.
