About the Role You will work closely with the Agriculture Digital team to lead the digital revenue strategy for Horse Deals during an exciting phase of digital transformation. This is a hands-on role where you will drive the adoption of new digital products, manage key customer relationships, and spearhead the commercialisation of initiatives like digital display, sponsored content, business listings and horse auctions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Digital Sales Expertise: Previous experience in digital advertising or media sales with a proven ability to hit revenue targets.
  • Strategic Execution: Capability to identify new revenue streams, build high-value proposals, and guide customers through digital advertising solutions.
  • Equine Industry Connection: A genuine interest in the equine industry and the ability to track market trends and competitor behavior.
  • Relationship Management: Strong skills in rebuilding lapsed relationships and transitioning traditional print advertisers to digital platforms.
  • Communication & Drive: Excellent negotiation skills and the resilience to prospect, pitch, and convert new digital opportunities.
