What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence while advocating for their individual needs.

  • Providing personalised care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using various equipment.

  • Transporting clients using our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.

  • Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress.

  • Being part of a fun, dynamic, and supportive team!

  • Working across a main site in Pennant Hills 2120.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.

  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and active night shifts (with penalty rates!).

  • A current NSW Driver’s License (P2 minimum).
