Kogan People Solutions is pleased to partner with a well-regarded, family-owned Early Learning Centre in Sunbury to appoint a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher for its funded Kindergarten program.

Guided by a play-based approach aligned with the EYLF and VEYLDF, educators work collaboratively with families to support each child’s individual learning journey and school readiness. The centre’s family values are reflected not only in its relationships with children and families, but also in the way it supports and values its team.

Location – Sunbury

Salary – range of $75k to $85k plus superannuation per annum

Tenure – full time – ongoing

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the delivery of a comprehensive Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF.
2. Observe, document, and assess children’s learning journeys to ensure school readiness.
3. Foster a secure and inclusive learning environment that promotes holistic development.
4. Provide pedagogical leadership and mentorship to room assistants and junior educators.

To be considered we expect to see:

1. Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent recognized by ACECQA).
2. Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration.
3. Sound knowledge of the NQF and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
4. A committed, professional, and compassionate approach to early childhood education
