We provide a safe, flexible and caring family-style environment, which allows residents to maintain their chosen lifestyles, habits and activities and to be as independent as they choose to be.

Your new role:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Enrolled Endorsed Nurse to join our team at our Williamstown Residential Aged Care on a Part Time Basis.  This dynamic position will run from the 25th of May 2026 to the 28th of February 2027 and allow you to bring your passion for well-being to our close-knit community, fostering a warm and supportive environment for our residents.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care. Your fortnightly roster will be as below:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday( 1445 – 2215)

Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday (1445 – 2215)

Your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Undertaking medication management and treatment procedures as directed by the Residential Site Manager or person in charge
  • Liaising with medical practitioners, pharmacists and other health services to provide relevant services for the care and wellbeing of the residents
  • Assisting the RN1 with clinical requirements of residents
  • Assisting in the implementation of cigarette and alcohol programs
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents behaviour or physical condition and maintain appropriate documentation as required
  • Providing emotional support to residents.

We are looking for candidates with the following:

  • Ability to work both in team and autonomously
  • Cert IV/Diploma of Nursing (with current AHPRA Registration)
  • Prior experience in housing & homelessness support, aged care, welfare, disability support, mental health or community/home care
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to enhance or maintain our residents’ independence and lifestyle
  • A friendly and non-judgmental attitude
