Novofit Pty Ltd is seeking a self-motivated and skilled Service Technician that is willing to work at remote based locations for field service dispatch.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday (38 hours per week).
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
NovoFit’s point of difference is our holistic approach to partnering with our customers and assisting in full solution design. The field service technician is responsible for carrying out preventative service, maintenance and repairs of the fitness equipment in our customers facilities and assist with new equipment installations. Forming an essential link in NovoFit’s Service chain, technicians are required to work closely with our Service team to provide timely, knowledgeable and best-in-class service to meet and exceed customer expectations every time.
The Service Technician is measured on overall customer satisfaction, first time fix rates and job efficiency. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for:
