FULL TIME RESTAURANT MANAGER

Skill/Experience Required

  1. Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic setting.
  2. Proven experience in a fast-paced and large restaurant or similar dining environment for at least 1 year.
  3. Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent minimum
  4. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
  5. Willing to learn attitude.
  6. Experience implementing and upholding company policies and standards
  7. A high level of Vietnamese/Asian food & beverage knowledge, and the ability to spark engaging conversations with our fantastic customers
  8. Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  10. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Managing the front of house team
  2. Training and mentoring your team to foster their personal development and career progression
  3. Ensuring a successful, profitable and consistent operation of the restaurant and bar
  4. Establishing relationships with both front of house and back of house team
  5. Restaurant administrative and reporting functions
  6. Report directly to Director on venue performance
  7. Maintain food permits, and all compliance documents including food registration/OH&S - annual inspection/audit
  8. Conduct staff performance reviews and final weekly sales spreadsheet checks (wages, cash, invoices, and costs)
  9. Develop strategies to maximize revenue, spend per head, and overall profitability
  10. Generate sales leads and contribute to the sales system
  11. Maintain strong communication with the kitchen and marketing departments
  12. Ensure food & beverage quality control measures are consistently upheld and work with the Head Chef on improvement action plans
  13. Manage systems & manuals to standardize operations
  14. Oversee venue maintenance management and budgeting

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum plus superannuation

FULL TIME WAITER

Position Description

  1. Deliver friendly, prompt, and attentive service to every guest
  2. Offer knowledgeable menu recommendations
  3. Handle orders efficiently and accurately
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
  5. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Skill and Experience required for this role:

  1. Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen preferred
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  3. A hands-on approach and be guest-focused
  4. Demonstrate a passion for providing memorable experiences for our guests
  5. Be willing to go the extra mile to exceed our guests’ expectations
  6. A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
  7. Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  8. The ability to take direction and also work autonomously
  9. The flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

Salary: $68,000 - $71,000 per annum plus superannuation
