    Practice Information:
    This practice is a high-end General Practice with a strong focus on quality and patient-centred care. They operate a high nursing staff-to-doctor ratio to ensure they maintain attention to detail and deliver exceptional care. The practice is additionally supported by admin staff, with full-time IT support. It is is a modern, newly refurbished, fully computerised practice with an online booking facility. The facility comprises multiple procedure rooms, consulting rooms, nursing bay, reception and waiting room in both locations.
     
    Position Description: 

    • Providing good clinical and medical care
    • Providing skilled health assessment, diagnosis and treatment services to patients 
    • Ordering diagnostic tests as needed and checking and informing patients of results as per the clinic's procedure
    • Referring patients appropriately to other providers if their needs exceed the range of care you are able to provide 
    • Consulting and collaborating with colleagues to provide optimal care
    • Documenting all care provided and education/information given to patients within their health record, as per clinics procedure 
    • Maintaining professional knowledge and standards through continuing medical education and personal professional development
    • Having a working knowledge of legislation and standards relating to General Practice
    • Providing services courteously and respectfully, with regard to the cultural beliefs and needs of patients
    • Responding openly and following up on complaints or feedback 
    • Practising medicine in a way that reflects the organisation’s values and mission
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other members of the health care team Support the values of the organisation

     Position Requirements:

    • MBBS
    • GP Must Hold Registration with AHPRA and eligibility to obtain a provider number as a General Practitioner in Australia 
    • Maintain a current resuscitation certificate
