Choose the Role That Suits You

Senior GP – Kutjungka (Balgo, Mulan, Billiluna)

  1. 4 weeks on-site + 8 weeks remote support (telehealth & oversight)
  2. Circa $317K + super
  3. 25% availability allowance (on-site)
  4. $300/day on-call (support phase)
  5. Provide clinical care, governance oversight, and team support across remote clinics

GP – Bidyadanga (Community-based)

  1. Coastal community approx. 2 hours from Broome
  2. Circa $307K + super
  3. Accommodation provided + relocation support (negotiable)
  4. Focus on long-term, relationship-based care and cultural engagement

GP – Kutjungka (FIFO)

  1. 4 weeks on / 8 weeks off
  2. Circa $307K (pro-rata) + super
  3. 25% availability and call-out allowances
  4. Flights and accommodation provided
  5. Hands-on remote clinical care with some emergency exposure

About the Role

You will deliver high-quality primary healthcare in remote communities, supported by Aboriginal Health Practitioners, Remote Area Nurses, and central clinical governance teams.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive primary care aligned with best practice
  2. Manage acute presentations and stabilise emergencies in remote settings
  3. Support chronic disease management, recalls, and preventative health
  4. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  5. Contribute to audits, incident management, and clinical governance
  6. Build continuity of care through consistent follow-up and relationships

About You

  1. Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner (GP)
  2. Fellowship with RACGP (FRACGP), ACRRM (FACRRM), or equivalent recognised college (essential)
  3. Proven rural and remote experience (essential)
  4. Confident in emergency and complex care environments
  5. Strong team-based approach and communication skills
  6. Commitment to culturally safe, community-led care
  7. Experience in ACCHOs highly regarded
