We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Greece Specialist Retail Travel Agent to join a friendly team. In this role, you will assist both individual clients and travel partners in planning and booking travel arrangements, while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Provide expert travel advice and consultation to retail clients
⦁ Plan, book, and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, tours, and transfers
⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
⦁ Prepare competitive travel packages and quotations
⦁ Handle reservations, amendments, cancellations, and post booking support
⦁ Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
⦁ Stay up to date with travel trends, destinations, and industry developments
Skills & Qualifications
⦁ Greek Speaking Beneficial
⦁ Previous experience in retail and/or wholesale travel (minimum 3 years preferred)
⦁ Strong knowledge of global travel destinations and products
⦁ Proficiency with GDS Amadeus system is highly desirable
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⦁ Strong sales ability and customer service focus
⦁ High attention to detail and organisational skills
⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

⦁ Passion for travel and cultural knowledge of Greece and Europe
