Position Available:

As an essential member of our barbering team at EM & CH PTY LTD, you will work closely with senior barbers to deliver precision cuts, sharp fades, and classic tapers — ensuring every client leaves with a high-quality result. Your role will involve consulting with clients, preparing tools and workstations, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting in delivering a smooth, efficient service. Previous experience in a fast-paced barbershop or salon environment is highly valued. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team and contribute to creating top-quality hairdressing work for our clients.

This is a FULL-TIME position.

Responsibilities:

1. Consulting with clients to understand their desired look and evaluate hair/scalp condition
2. Recommending suitable styles and products based on individual features and needs
3. Using shears, trimmers, and blades to deliver precise cuts
4. Applying chemical services, including colouring, perming, and straightening
5. Creating braided or loc styles and adding extensions as requested
6. Providing scalp treatments, hydration therapies, and relaxing massages
7. Grooming beards and moustaches with attention to detail

Requirement:

1. Fully qualified hairdresser with at least 1 year of full-time experience in a salon or barbershop.
2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
3. Reliable, honest, and a great team player.
