We are a not-for-profit organisation providing essential in-home support services to elderly clients across the Mount Barker area.
About the Role:
As a Home Support Worker, your primary focus will be support our clients with assistance with everyday tasks. Tasks can include:
- General house cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping)
- Laundry and linen changes
- Reporting any concerns regarding client well-being
- Personal Care
- Transportation of clients to Medical appointments, social outings and daily activities.
What You’ll Need:
- You have an empathetic nature and are committed to supporting the needs of older people
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Certificate III in Individual Care -Aged, or related (Advantageous)
