Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide professional HR advisory support to management and employees on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and career development, aligning all HR initiatives with company strategy and operational needs.
  2. Assist in formulating and implementing HR strategies and policies to optimize workforce allocation, enhance team operational efficiency and employee engagement.
  3. Support the optimization of talent acquisition processes, assist in identifying and attracting high-caliber talent across all functions, and build a sustainable talent pipeline for the company.
  4. Coordinate employee relations management, resolve workplace issues and conflicts in a timely manner, launch employee satisfaction initiatives, and maintain a positive, harmonious and inclusive workplace culture.
  5. Assist in the design and implementation of performance and incentive systems, align individual and team performance with company goals, and drive employee motivation and organizational performance improvement.
  6. Support the development of employee training and career development programs, identify team training needs, and assist in building learning and development systems to foster employee skill enhancement and career growth.
  7. Collect and analyze HR data to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for management decision-making, optimize HR operational processes, and control human resource costs effectively.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement organizational development initiatives including structure optimization and team building, adapting to the company's rapid business development and growth.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field;
  2. 3+ years of progressive human resources work experience, with a proven track record in providing comprehensive HR advisory, strategy implementation and daily operational management support.
  3. Profound professional knowledge of core HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and compliance, with the ability to apply HR best practices in a dynamic, innovative creative tech environment.
  4. Excellent HR data analysis skills, with the ability to conduct data-driven decision-making, optimize HR processes and provide strategic HR recommendations for the management team.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all organizational levels, resolve conflicts and provide professional HR guidance to employees and managers.
  6. Strategic thinking and solid business acumen, with the ability to align HR initiatives with company business goals and provide strong support for organizational growth and change management.
  7. Rich experience in team building and organizational development, with the ability to design and implement practical initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention and professional growth.
  8. Fluent in written and spoken English; cross-cultural work experience or global HR operation experience is a desirable plus.
  9. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently, with strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
