We are seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join our growing team and support the continuous improvement of our systems, platforms, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working with users to formulate and document business requirements
- Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures, and work practices
- Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, system functionality, and behaviour
- Using project management methodologies, principles, and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource, and manage projects
- Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, including creating, adopting, and implementing system test plans to ensure acceptable quality and integrity of systems
- Creating user and training documentation and conducting formal training sessions
- Developing functional specifications for use by system developers
- Using data and process modelling techniques to create system specifications for software design and development
- Acting as a central reference and information source by providing guidance and assistance in system project decision-making processes
- Consulting with users and programmers to improve the functionality of websites, applications, and systems.
Requirements
- To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- A relevant Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Information Technology,
- Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with business analysis, system analysis, and project coordination
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
