Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Analyse existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop business process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and IT teams to implement solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for proposed IT solutions
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation processes
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards
- Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and user manuals
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and frameworks
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Ability to analyse complex data and provide practical solutions
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
