The Job

The award-winning Bell Partners Insurance is launching a new business venture that brings a huge opportunity for an experienced insurance broker to lead new business activity, while being supported by the Bell Partners Insurance team.

• Seeking and winning profitable new business opportunities from existing clients and referrals, with a focus on deepening insurance relationships and closing insurance coverage gaps.
• Provide trusted insurance advice to new and potential cients, going beyond the transaction and being known as an insurance partner
• Perform market reviews for new business, across industries and lines of risk, with a mix of manual submissions, SCTP & Sunrise placements.
• Accountability for processing and document issuance of new business, cancelations,  debtors, and endorsements, ensuring all interactions are performed in an efficient & accurate manner, supported by the Bell Partners Insurance team
• Retain accountability for any claims, supported by the Bell Partners Insurance claims manager

What you need to succeed

•  Experience in Insurance broking – Broad knowledge across lines of risk, including business, financial lines, domestic, cyber etc
• Love of new business and talking to new clients/colleagues
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy as well as organisational skills
• “Can-Do” attitude, finding solutions rather than problems and able to think on your feet
• Confidence speaking with clients at all levels
