Who You Are

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Gardener to join our team.

Responsibilities – Landscaping & Garden Maintenance

• Plan and carry out landscaping and garden maintenance work for residential and commercial properties.

• Prepare and maintain garden beds, including soil preparation, planting, mulching, and fertilising.

• Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, hedges, lawns, and other garden features.

• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes and gardens.

• Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, aeration, and turf maintenance.

• Identify plant health issues and apply appropriate treatments such as fertilisers, soil conditioners, or pest control solutions.

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools such as mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and pruning tools.

• Assist with the installation of landscape elements such as turf, garden borders, pathways, and decorative features.

• Ensure outdoor areas are clean, safe, and well-presented for clients.

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures when operating tools, machinery, and handling landscaping materials.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Landscape Gardener or similar role in landscaping or garden maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of plant care, soil preparation, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques.

• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

What We Offer

• Full-time, permanent position.

• Competitive salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year (depending on experience).
