Your role
As a management consultant in a client focused role, you will work on large scale technology driven transformations in the insurance industry, working at top management level on demanding challenges and in an international environment.
You will contribute on projects by delivering relevant analysis and insights while being part of our client service teams creating strong impact for the client.

What you bring (experience & qualifications)
- 2-5 years of consulting experience in insurance with focus on complex and critical IT transformations; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 1+ years minimum industry experience required; 2+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Master’s Degree required, PhD preferred
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
