The Manager, Digital and Online (AO8) provides strategic leadership for the department’s internet and intranet platforms, ensuring high quality, accessible and customer focused digital services. Based in Brisbane within the Business and Corporate Partnership division, this role is responsible for shaping digital direction and improving how customers and employees engage with government online.

You will lead a multidisciplinary digital and online team, providing clear direction, mentoring and performance management while fostering a positive, inclusive and high performing culture. The role works closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the department to prioritise programs of work, deliver digital projects on time, and ensure online products meet Queensland Government standards and accessibility requirements.

Success in this role is demonstrated through strong leadership, effective stakeholder relationships and the delivery of contemporary digital solutions that support organisational objectives and improve user experience.
