Your Mission:

As our Marketing Automation Specialist, your key responsibility will be to manage and grow our marketing projects—with AI-driven strategies and chatbot systems. The ultimate goal? Book high-intent appointments with our Senior Development Managers. You’ll be at the heart of our online community, creating meaningful conversations and inspiring business owners to take the next step in their journey with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Automate and Optimise Social Media:

1. Own and scale The Entourage’s presence across our market project, platform and automation tools.
2. Build and optimise ManyChat chatbot funnels to generate, nurture, and convert leads into booked appointments.
3. Respond to DMs and comments to spark meaningful conversations and drive conversion.

Leverage AI to Drive Performance:

1. Deploy AI-powered tools for audience targeting, analytics, and chatbots to streamline campaigns and boost results.
2. Use ManyChat to build sophisticated chatbot funnels designed for nurturing leads and booking appointments.

Community Engagement:

1. Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and foster strong relationships through personalised chatbot interactions.
2. You will be charged with turning conversations into sales meetings either through AI or by responding to DMs

Execute Strategic Campaigns:

1. Plan and launch AI-powered social media campaigns with a clear focus on lead generation.
2. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign goals and drive commercial outcomes.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation:

1. Track performance metrics across all platforms using AI-driven analytics tools.
2. Provide reports and insights to both the sales and marketing team to enhance overall strategy. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to streamline lead generation and conversion through automated chatbot interactions and AI-enhanced campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Marketing degree & 1 year+ of marketing experience
2. Strong experience with AI tools
3. Strong hands-on experience with ManyChat or similar chatbot platforms.
4. Proven experience working on social media platforms.
5. Deep understanding of trends, algorithms, and best practices.
6. Someone who is eager to roll up their sleeves and deep dive into the world of AI-driven analytics and reporting tools.
7. Results-driven with a focus on lead generation and sales conversion.
8. Passion for business, entrepreneurship, and helping people achieve success.

Salary Range: $80,000-90,000 (excluding superannuation)
