About the Role

Land Star Rentals Pty Ltd is a leading provider in the car rental and mobility services industry. We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bentley. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies to drive vehicle bookings and enhance our brand visibility.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Campaigns: Assist in planning and monitoring promotional campaigns to increase fleet utilization and brand presence.
  2. Digital Marketing: Support and manage activities across Google Ads (Search & Display), Facebook, Instagram, and online aggregator platforms.
  3. Performance Optimization: Monitor digital campaigns using performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates to ensure high ROI.
  4. Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the car rental industry, including pricing and seasonal demand trends.
  5. Content & SEO: Maintain website content and implement SEO strategies to improve online search rankings.
  6. CRM & Retention: Support the use of CRM systems to manage customer data and implement email marketing retention strategies.
  7. Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare structured reports for management.
  8. Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with Australian Consumer Law and ethical marketing standards.

Requirements

  1. Experience: At least 1-year of full-time experience in a similar marketing capacity.
  1. Knowledge: Foundational understanding of marketing principles, digital advertising, and content development.
  1. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data-driven insights and solve problems effectively.
  1. Communication: Ability to effectively communicate in English and work collaboratively with operations teams.
  1. Attention to Detail: High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Diploma of Hospitality Management or a relevant degree in Marketing/Business.
  1. Industry Interest: Demonstrated interest in the mobility and service-based industry.
