YANG DA PTY LTD (ABN **************) trading as Yang Da Express is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team in Nunawading, VIC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for following key responsibilities:

• Conducting market research and analysing customer demand, market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify business opportunities.

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and promotional plans to increase brand awareness and support sales objectives.

• Advising management on product positioning, pricing strategies, service promotion, and appropriate distribution channels.

• Planning and coordinating digital marketing campaigns across social media, online advertising, website content, email marketing, and other communication platforms.

• Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance using data analytics, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to maximise return on investment.

• Liaising with internal departments, designers, content creators, and external service providers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

• Supporting business growth through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and business development programs.

• Identifying new market opportunities for existing and new services, and providing strategic recommendations to management.

Here’s what you need:

• At least has Bachelor or equivalent

• At least three years relevant experience

•Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital platforms.

• Good communication ability with English
