Mental Health Clinicians

Our Capricornia Correctional Centre is looking for Mental Health Clinicians. QCS is expanding their psychology workforce and service model to include social workers and occupational therapists as Mental Health Clinicians. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will complete risk screening and assessments, brief interventions and behavioural management to assist adults in our care.

This is a great entry level opportunity to broaden your skills and experience with a variety of clinical work providing these crucial services. Building partnerships and stakeholder relationships are integral to this role as will be your good interpersonal and engagement strengths.

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Psychology with APHRA membership, or
  2. Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Social Work, eligible for membership or registration with AHPRA and/or AASW
  3. C Class Driver’s Licence
