The role
Sourab group PTY LTD looking for motel manager to work full time for our motel located at Moree NSW 2400. The motel consists of Twenty rooms and located in the heart of Moree, NSW. We are seeking a motel manager that can continue the growth and reputation.
Duties and responsibility
- Guest Reservations
- Cash handling and reconciliations
- Managing email and phone booking
- Observe and monitor workers performance to make sure that company rules and policies are being followed.
- Planning and maintenance work, events and room bookings.
- Maintaining statistical and financial records.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
- be capable of managing the front office, maintenance and housekeeping departments.
Qualification and experience required
- Good organisational and communication skill
- Must have done bachelor/Master of Hospitality Management.
- Must have minimum two-year Australian work experience in the similar or relative role.
- have experience using Microsoft Office products, PMS (Guest point /Satin), and managing OTAs.
- Be honest, reliable, self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Australian citizens and permanent residence will be preferred with priority.
Rewards
- basic salary will be 75,000-80,000k plus superannuation.
- Bonus will be rewarded as targeted revenue will be achieved by manager.
