Satnam Mechanicals Pty Ltd, trading as Mild2Wild, is a growing automotive service and modification workshop based in Slacks Creek, Queensland. We specialize in mechanical repairs, vehicle diagnostics, and performance enhancements. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join our team in the following roles:

1. Motor Mechanic Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing

  1. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in a wide range of vehicles
  2. Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and engine tune-ups
  3. Conduct inspections and testing using diagnostic tools and equipment
  4. Repair or replace worn or defective parts such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems
  5. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
  6. Maintain accurate records of services and repairs
  7. Requirements: Relevant qualification (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
  8. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  9. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  10. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  11. Valid driver’s license

2. Automobile Engineer Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing

  1. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and evaluate vehicle systems and mechanical components
  2. Analyse performance data and recommend improvements to vehicle efficiency and safety
  3. Oversee modifications and ensure compliance with Australian standards
  4. Provide technical support and guidance to workshop staff
  5. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of automotive systems
  6. Assist in research and development of performance upgrades and custom builds
  7. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
  8. Relevant industry experience preferred (2+ years)
  9. Strong analytical and technical skills
  10. Knowledge of Australian automotive standards and compliance requirements
