As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Full-Time Multi-Site Business Manager to help bring structure, leadership, and energy across our clinics.
This is a role where you’ll make a real difference — supporting our teams behind the scenes so they can do what they do best in the consult room.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly across multiple sites, including:
Overseeing day-to-day operations across clinics
Leading, mentoring, and supporting clinic teams
Managing staff rostering, performance, and workflow efficiency
Improving systems, processes, and client experience
Monitoring business performance, budgets, and KPIs
Supporting growth initiatives and new opportunities
Acting as the link between leadership and on-the-ground teams
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in operations or multi-site management
A natural leader who brings out the best in people
Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A people-first mindset with excellent communication skills
Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or service-based industries (preferred but not essential)
