The role:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer to elevate our brand presence across digital, print, and project-based platforms. This role is critical in communicating our technically advanced products through compelling visual storytelling and high-quality design assets.

You will work closely with our sales, technical, and marketing teams to translate complex product features into engaging, client-friendly multimedia content that supports business growth and market expansion.

Key responsibilities:

·Design and produce visual and multimedia assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive content for digital and print platforms

·Develop creative concepts and layouts for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand communications

·Produce video content such as product showcases, installation demonstrations, and promotional materials

·Create and maintain multimedia content for websites, social media, and online platforms

·Design user-focused visual elements that enhance digital user experience and engagement

·Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, and interactive features where appropriate

·Transform complex product specifications and technical information into clear visual representations

·Develop diagrams, infographics, and product visualisations to support customer understanding

·Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of content

·Ensure all design outputs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and visual standards

·Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines, templates, and creative assets

·Maintain a high level of visual quality across all materials

·Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions

·Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

·Source and manage digital assets, including images, video footage, and design resources

Skills and Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree or higher in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field capable to undertake the role of Multimedia Designer

·Demonstrated at least one (1) year relevant work experience in multimedia production across digital and visual platforms

·Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

·Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and digital content creation

·Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling

·Ability to interpret technical information and present it visually

·Mandarin speaking is advantageous
